1. Acceptance of Terms

These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and 7 lucky. 2. Eligibility and Age Requirement

• Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared or public devices.

7 lucky reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that it reasonably believes is being accessed by an unauthorised party or used in a fraudulent manner.

4. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

By using the Platform, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. You must not:

• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to manipulate, exploit, or circumvent any game system, promotional mechanism, or payment process.
• Use automated tools, bots, scripts, or any other software to interact with the Platform without prior written consent.
• Engage in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of fraudulent gameplay.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where required by law.

5. Payments, Deposits, and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 7 lucky Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). Deposits must be made using the payment methods approved by 7 lucky at the time of transaction. Third-party payment processing is subject to the terms and policies of the respective payment provider.

Withdrawal requests are processed in Philippine Peso and are subject to identity verification and any applicable minimum withdrawal thresholds. 7 lucky reserves the right to conduct additional checks on withdrawal requests to prevent fraud, money laundering, or violation of platform policies.

7 lucky does not accept deposits made from third-party accounts. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the account holder's own name.

6. Limitation of Liability

7 lucky provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take reasonable steps to ensure uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the Platform will be free from errors, interruptions, or technical failures at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 7 lucky shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, or loss of opportunity. Our aggregate liability to any user shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

7. Account Suspension and Closure

7 lucky reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account without prior notice in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive behaviour.
• Failure to pass identity or age verification checks.
• Requests from law enforcement or regulatory bodies.
• Extended periods of account inactivity as defined by platform policy.

Upon account closure, any remaining eligible balance may be refunded to the account holder via the original deposit method, subject to verification and any applicable deductions. Funds associated with policy violations may be forfeited.
